After 10+ years of working for a large multinational recruitment corporation, we recognised many opportunities for improvement that couldn't be acted upon due to the company size. After much thought, Edison Talent was created in order for us to build relations the way we wanted to, without the hustle. .

 

Fast forward to today and Edison Talent has built long-standing relations with many national and international brands and some of the world’s best talent. And with our longevity, we’ve learned that staffing is not a numbers game — it’s a relationship-building business. That’s why we put an emphasis on listening, guiding and matching.

 

We operate at a local, state and national level across a broad spectrum of companies and government agencies, sourcing hard to find talent for IT and Accounting & Finance. 

 

Our staff have all come from big agency recruitment and have joined us for the same reason we started Edison Talent.
